The use of computers and rapidly changing technology in the modern workplace has greatly increased the need for ergonomics - the science of fitting a workplace to the user’s needs by increasing efficiency, productivity, and reducing discomfort. Our crews are supervised for maximum efficiency and attention to detail in every aspect of the installation process, from set-up to clean-up. Our project managers oversee the on-site work to ensure a complete effort down to the finest details of punch list resolution and close-out.
REFURBISING & UPHOLSTERY
OE&S refurbishing and upholstery services restore the beauty, sustain the functionality, and enhance the value of our clients' furniture assets. Our "toolkit" includes repainting, refinishing, recovering, and reupholstering in the effort to spruce up any product that has seen extensive successful use.
MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS

OE&S offers professionally managed warehouse space where new items and off-duty inventory alike are kept secure, organized, clean and ready for delivery to client facilities. Assets stored in our warehouse are fully insured for partial or complete loss or damage.
ASSET MANAGEMENT
Armed with comprehensive knowledge of your inventory, we can tell you exactly what assets you have and where they reside, and bring them into play to meet new requirements. Our asset management service also enables OE&S to systematically evaluate the condition of your assets and provide programs for re-use and disposal.
